I keep getting an error
Consult the error message portion of the support manual: Error messages.
My timer isn't supported
If your timer is not yet supported, please Email us with the technical information needed to support your timer.
Why aren't parallel timers supported?
The reason parallel timers are not supported in RacePro is due to the inaccurate times associated with such timers. Parallel port timers sometimes report places incorrectly and therefore is unfair to racers.
Why can't I proceed to the next heat?
Most likely you have the timer set therefore preventing you from moving from the current heat. You also may have reached the end of the race in which case there are no heats left.
What if 1 or more lanes are empty?
You can run a filler car in the open lane, the time this car runs will have no affect on the outcome of the race. You may also just run with no car in the open lane and the timer should send the times after a certain amount of time has elapsed.
How do I view and print reports?
On the main screen, select the reports button. A dropdown menu allows to choose which type of report to print.
What is automatic progression?
Automatic progression continues to the next heat automatically once the heat is completed. This feature is only applicable if you are using an electronic timer.
